Confidentiality
All Conversations and Round Table events moderated by Board Leaders Network adhere to firm rules regarding confidentiality. Controversial topics can emerge during these events, and as such it is paramount that a system that upholds clear rules of engagement is applied to ensure a safe and confidential environment that welcomes rigorous and candid discussion.  

Elements of the Chatham House Rule apply in as much as the “participants are free to use information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant may be revealed.”

We also advise our participants to maintain any confidentiality agreements they may be subject to within their own organisation.

Board Leaders Network encourages strict confidentiality for the protection of all its members as well as the protection of all its affiliated organisations.

Your rights in relation to privacy

Integrity Governance Group of Companies Pty Ltd (trading as Board Leaders Network) understands the importance of protecting the privacy of an individual’s personal information. This statement sets out how Board Leaders Network aims to protect the privacy of your personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information managed by Board Leaders Network and the way in which we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information.
